Reserves & Tolerance

Balancing capacity is bounded by the reserves allocated at launch creation.

Reserve Capital

A percentage of launch capital is allocated to the balancing reserve. This capital is used by the engine to acquire inventory on the lower-priced market when divergence exceeds tolerance.

Token Inventory

A percentage of token supply is allocated as balancing inventory. This inventory is used to reduce exposure on the higher-priced market.

Tolerance Range

Each launch defines a target tolerance — the maximum acceptable divergence between corresponding markets before the engine acts. Tolerance and reserve parameters are disclosed publicly before participation opens and are visible in the balancing dashboard.
